NOTES:
* Video: + USA (Vinegar Syndrome) has slightly better details and colors so was chosen as the main source. However it had quite severe loss of detail on the top/bottom edges, so I used 11px at top and 5px at bottom from the GBR (88 Films).
            + Fillmargins, bbmod and Mergchroma are used to fix dirty lines and adjust color.
            + Vinegar Syndrome logo at the end has been removed.

* Audio: + 5.1 audio from USA is noted as "original unaltered theatrical surround mix" however it is identical to the 5.1 Remix audio track on GBR. Either one is fine, I choose it as the default and title it according to GBR.
            + "The limited release theatrical surround mix" from GBR is also included as it is significantly different.
            + The stereo track from USA like a downmix from 5.1 audio, so I decided not to use it and instead the mono track from GBR was included.
            + 5.1 audio encoded with DEEW. Dual mono audio bit-depth reduced to 16-bit with SoX and encoded to FLAC mono.

* English subtitles from both sources, have been OCR, spell checked & fixed common errors.
