I created batch files to split the 2in1 mkv and remux it into the Japanese or the English Edition separately (using the latest mkvmerge 7.0.0). The english 5.1 track is transcoded from LPCM (UK BD) with -390ms adjustment, it will used when remuxing and will be the default track. Unfortunately it could not be muxed directly in the 2in1, because of the seamless branching of the multiple m2ts files on the source. To remux: extract the RAR in the same dir as the mkv, run the batch files sequentially.
