Missa Johnouchi (城之内 ミサ; Jōnouchi Misa) (born 1960) is an artist who creates Asian-styled New Age music. She is not only a composer and pianist, but also a conductor and singer. We were wondering what to name the album as we were recording and the producer made the comment that"It seems you can see the sunset (in the album)". I have been seeking the meaning behind "why people are born" through the music and so I decided to let the Asian sunsets answer that one. The setting sun would answer my feelings for "landscapes" and "reason for living". What are the sunsets like seen from different regions of Asia? How big would they be? I let my imagination roam free as we progressed in our recordings. The sun would rise, the sun would set and dawn would come bringing a new day.
