James Bond lên đường thực thi điệp vụ sau chót. Hai đầu nổ tên lửa hạt nhân của Mỹ đã bị tổ chức SPECTRE và người lãnh đạo SPECTRE, Ernst Stavro Blofeld đánh cắp. Người Anh đã phục hồi các vị trí "00" của họ và gửi Bond tới Bahamas tìm lại chúng. Chiffre là một tay trùm xã hội đen người Pháp chuyên dùng lợi nhuận thu được từ sòng bài của mình để ủng hộ cho bọn khủng bố. Trong một lần sai sót, số tiền mà lẽ ra chuyển cho bên khủng bố bị Chiffre làm thất lạc. Để kiếm cách bù lại, Chiffre quyết định tham gia một cuộc thi chơi bài và James Bond xuất hiện với nhiệm vụ ngăn cản Chiffre thành công.

Casino Royale – bộ phim hành động dễ gây nghiện

Tình huống đầy kịch tính và nghẹt thở, diễn viên duyên dáng, hài hước và kết hợp được khéo léo sự đấu trí căng thẳng với những pha hành động ấn tượng. Casino Royale – Sòng bạc hoàng gia được đánh giá là một trong những bộ phim về bài bạc, hành động hay ho mà khó có bộ phim nào có thể tạo được những hiệu ứng tương tự.

Ưu điểm :

Diễn viên chuyên nghiệp, bài bản, biết cách tạo ấn tượng khác biệt.

Kịch bản nhanh, hồi hộp ngay từ những phút đầu, càng về sau càng có nhiều cú chuyển bất ngờ, thú vị.

Hiệu ứng kĩ xảo chỉn chu, mượt mà.

Nhược điểm :

Một số tiểu tiết có cảm giác được sắp đặt để kéo dài sự kịch tính.

Ngoài hai diễn viên chính các diên viên phụ tương đối mờ nhạt.

Diễn viên diễn xuất.

Casino Royale tạo nên một phiên bản phim hành động cùng series thành công nhất không chỉ bởi sự khác biệt trong kịch bản mà linh hồn của nó chính là hai diễn viên chính Daniel Craig và Eva Green.

Trong vai một điệp viên mới gia nhập IM6, Daniel Craig không quá ngầu, không quá chất nhưng lại rất duyên dáng, hài hước và cuốn hút. Sự khác biệt của James Bond trong Casino Royale chính là sự đa cảm, độ lượng và giàu tính người hơn so với các phiên bản trước. Và Daniel Craig đã chứng minh được các đạo diễn Martin Campbell không sai lầm khi chọn mình. Với vẻ ngoài khá bụi bặm gai góc, hình tượng James Bond của Daniel Craig dễ gieo vào lòng người xem sự xa cách và miễn cưỡng. Song phải đến khi nhìn thấy những cử chỉ rất ân cần, những ánh mắt thẫn thờ đầy tâm trạng vì tình yêu chúng ta mới thấy sự khác biệt của Daniel Craig.

Dù chưa ở đỉnh cao của sự nghiệp diễn xuất, năm 2006, bông hồng Pháp xinh đẹp Eva Green đã thuyết phục hoàn toàn người xem bằng vẻ ngoài yêu kiều, bí ẩn. Không dừng lại ở việc hút hồn người xem bằng lối diễn chuyên nghiệp, chỉn chu, Eva Green còn mang đến rất nhiều cảm xúc vừa ngọt ngào vừa gai góc, vừa yếu đuối vừa đầy sức mê hoặc. Dễ giải thích tại sao Eva Green tạo được nhân vật nữ duy nhất làm cho trái tim băng giá của James Bond tan chảy.

Đáng tiếc, dung lượng phim khá dài nhưng vì hai nhân vật chính quá cuốn hút khiến cho các nhân vật phụ xung quanh hoàn toàn mờ nhạt.

Casino Royale hấp dẫn người xem bằng những cảnh quay thơ mộng, tuyệt đẹp ở Venice, hồ Como- Ý, Bahamas, CH Séc. Những con phố quanh co và thơ mộng như trong tranh, cảnh những biệt thự nguy nga mĩ lệ, bãi biển hoang sơ, phóng khoáng đặc biệt khung cảnh những phút cuối yên bình và đầy chất thơ xua tan đi không khí căng thẳng ngột ngạt mà những ván bài triền miên mang lại.

Không thể bỏ qua những cảnh rượt đuổi kinh hoàng của 007 với trùm khủng bố, khán giả sẽ khá thất vọng khi Casino Royale không sử dụng nhiều hiệu ứng kĩ xảo như các phiên bản trước. Bù lại những màn rượt đuổi gay cấn tại sân bay Manina, cảnh quần thảo trên chiếc cần cẩu mấy chục mét và cả những pha chạy, nhảy đầy mạo hiểm sẽ làm thỏa lòng những gan cuồng của dòng phim hành động này.

Nếu như phần hình ảnh Casino Royale được xây dựng tương đối tốt thì phần âm thanh lại chỉ đóng vai trò hỗ trợ cho phần hành động. Và thực tế cũng không quá cần thiết khi mà riêng phần hình ảnh đã khiến khán giả kiệt sức vì tập trung.

Casino Royale đưa người xem quay ngược thời gian, về lại những ngày đầu của James Bond khi mới gia nhập MI6. Điệp vụ đầu tiên đẩy anh chạm trán tên trùm khủng bố, con bạc đại gia Le Chiffre. Tuy chỉ có một mục đích duy nhất nhưng đạo diễn Martin Campbell cũng rất tinh tế khi tạo được những nút thắt đầy kịch tính và hoàn hảo. Đồng thời sự phát triển những chi tiết và những mối quan hệ ngoài rìa cũng rất duyên dáng và cuốn hút. Một số tiểu tiết có vẻ không hợp lí và chỉ được chèn vào để phát triển kịch trong câu chuyện. Tuy nhiên với một bộ phim dung lượng không ngắn, việc một số chi tiết phi logic thể hiện rõ sự sắp đặt là điều khó tránh khỏi.

Phần cuối kịch bản kết thúc khá bất ngờ với sự pha trộn của nhiều dòng cảm xúc, nuối tiếc , xúc động, thỏa mãn và nhất là mong chờ sự xuất hiện của phiên bản tiếp theo từ người xem.

Casino Royale là một bộ phim hành động hay mà bạn không nên bỏ qua. Kết hợp tốt tính giữa một kịch bản hay ho, mới mẻ với sự nhuần nhuyễn trong diễn xuất của hai diễn viên chính, các pha hành động mãn nhãn, nghẹt thở hẳn sẽ không làm bạn cảm thấy phí thời gian khi xem xong bộ phim.

Tôi là một otaku, cũng xem phim nhiều và rất tạp nham, đủ thể loại, chẳng biết gì về 007 ngoại trừ Casino Royale. Casino Royale là bộ phim mà tôi nghĩ sau khi xem sau 3-4 lần rồi không thể không viết cho nó mấy chữ. Tôi muốn viết cho cuộc tình đẹp đẽ nhưng đầy đâu khổ, gian nan, có cả một chút tính toán và thù hận giữa James Bond và Vesper Lynd. Và tôi cũng muốn viết cho cả Daniel Craig và Eva Green- 2 con người đã tạo ra một bộ phim thật quá tuyệt vời.

Hiếm khi nào một người có trí nhớ ngắn hạn như tôi lại nhớ nổi đầy đủ cái tên của một diễn viên Hollywood. Daniel Craig là một cái tên trong một danh sách chẳng dài lắm, cỡ đâu khoảng 10 cái gì đó của tôi nhưng tôi nghĩ đó là một cái tên đáng nhớ. Không đẹp trai, không chải chuốt bóng lộn từ đầu đến đuôi là hình ảnh của Daniel. Anh mang đến cho James Bond vốn được biết đến là đẹp trai, cao ráo, hào hoa, đa tình ( đấy là nghe người ta nói thể) một mái tóc vàng, một khuôn mặt góc cạnh, những cảnh quay bầm dập, te tua và đôi mắt xanh tuyệt đẹp. Những đoạn đầu tiên của phim làm tôi không hiểu vì theo sự hiểu biết hạn chế của tôi 007 là một điệp viên rất tài giỏi nhưng đoạn đầu chỉ thấy một anh chàng làm việc ” theo cảm tính”, ” làm mất dấu điều tra”, bị sếp M dọa ” Họ treo thưởng cái đầu của cậu rồi đấy và tôi rất muốn đưa cho họ”. Và chính Vesper cũng cười khi thấy cái Bond tỏ ra không thoải mái trong bộ vest nhưng khi bắt gặp ánh mắt lạnh lùng của anh, cô thôi, không cười lớn nữa mà chỉ tủm tỉm.

2 điều tôi nhớ nhất trong VÁN BÀI ĐẦU TIÊN này là: vẻ mặt của Bond khi trông thấy Vesper và sự hoảng sợ của cô khi thấy Bond giết người. James đã lên kế hoạch cho sự xuất hiện của Vesper nhưng mọi thứ không hoàn toàn như anh mong muốn. Các vị khách cũng chú ý đến cô và chính Bond cũng chú ý đến cô. Một vẻ thướt tha, kiều diễm, cao sang trong chiếc váy tím, mái tóc đen không quá cầu kì, đôi mắt sâu và đôi môi đỏ ( ngụ ý về sự hấp dẫn) làm Bond ngẩn ngơ một lúc. Anh nhận ra cô ấy thực sự rất đẹp.

Trái ngược với vẻ đẹp ấy, trái ngược với sự cứng rắn khi từ chối nụ hôn thứ 2 của Bond khi rời bàn chơi

là sự sợ hại, run rẩy của cô gái sau khi lần đầu tiên cô nhìn thấy người chết, nhìn thấy người khác giết người ( tôi đoán thế). Chưa nói về vến đề đấy vội mà nói về James trước đi. Tôi không biết một James Bond nào đến với đàn bà vì sex cả ( theo báo chí) tôi chỉ biết ở đây, ở Casino Royale này, có một James Bond tinh tế và nhạy cảm. Anh không hề hỏi Vesper đâu khi trở về sau ván bài. CHỉ một chiếc ly vỡ nát, tiếng xối nước trong phòng tắm và tiếng khóc đứt đoạn nho nhỏ làm anh đẩy của bước vào. Dưới những tia nước, cái cô gái mà anh nghĩ có phần đáo để, mạnh mẽ ấy đang run rẩy. Anh ngồi xuống cạnh cô và ngay lập tức cô níu lấy anh, vội càng và hoảng hốt. Vesper cho James thấy con người yếu đuối của cô.

” Tay tôi dính máu, rửa mãi không sạch”

Tôi thích những ai nói ít thôi và làm nhiều lên, dùng hành động thay cho lời nói ấy nên thôi thích James lắm. Tôi ghét loại phụ nữ yếu đuối và làm vướng bận đàn ông nên tôi thích Vesper vô cùng. Tôi thích họ.

Sáng hôm sau, James đẩy cửa phòng cô gái và tôi nhận ra ánh mắt anh thay đổi. Đó là một đôi mắt xanh trìu mến, yên tâm. Sự thú vị khiến James chú ý đến Vesper đã biến mất nhường chỗ cho một tình cảm khác. Đương nhiên, trước một người đẹp yếu đuối mà ở đây là một con người vừa mạnh mẽ vừa yếu đuối thì làm đàn ông càng muốn bảo vệ, đúng không?

Bond suýt chết và người cứu anh là Vesper.

” Đến bệnh viện đi, Bond!”
” Đồng ý nhưng đợi tôi kết thúc ván bài này đã”- Bond nói
” Anh định tiếp tục đấy à?”- Vesper hỏi, lo lắng
” Tại sao không?”

Đến lúc này thì tôi nghĩ đến lượt suy nghĩ của Vesper về Bond thay đổi. Cái cách cô nhìn theo anh là sự bất ngờ vì cô nhận ra 007 không phải là một tên kiêu ngạo, không biết sức mình mà thực sự là người đan ông đã nói ” Xin lỗi à? Cô nhìn vào mắt tôi này, cô biết là tôi sẽ thắng đúng không?”Và Bond thắng thật. Một bữa tôi giữa anh và Vesper thật quá lãng mạn. Hôm nay, cả hai đều mặc đồ đen. Tự dưng tôi có cảm giác họ thuộc về nhau và thực sự giống nhau.

Nhưng cuộc đời vốn không phẳng lặng và cược đời của điệp viên thì còn không phẳng lặng hơn nữa.

Nước, cái chết và tương lai

” Chào em!”
” Chào anh!”

Khi Bond tỉnh lại trong bệnh viện, người đầu tiên mà anh thấy là Vesper, cũng như lần anh mở mắt sau khi suýt chết.

” Anh nhìn em như thể lâu lắm rồi không gặp vậy! Anh làm em nghĩ như mình mới được sinh ra vậy”

” Ông Bond, mời ông gõ mã tài khoản và mật khẩu”

Ngay khi khi Bond nói xong, Vesper ngồi phịch xuống ghế và như sắp khóc hay phải kiềm chế không cho nước mắt chảy ra.

” Chỉ cần nụ cười và ngón út của anh đã đủ khiến cho anh trở thành một người đàn ông đúng nghĩa rồi!”
Lúc đầu, tôi không hiểu thái độ của Vesper nhưng tôi nghhĩ cô ấy đã yêu James và James cũng yêu cô ấy. Cô ấ bị James chiếm giữ. làm cho cảm động.

Và Vesper chết như một điều đương nhiên vì:
– 007 mà có vợ thì ko còn là 007 nữa
– Vì cô ấy nghĩ cô ấy phản bội James

Cái chết của Vesper làm tôi không quên được và thực sự cảm thấy đau lòng. Khi tòa nhà sụp xuống và cô ấy bị nhốt trong thang máy, tôi nhìn theo James và mong anh ấy sẽ cứu được cô. Và rồi tôi đã không thể ngờ cô áp tay anh vào mặt cô để mang hình ảnh anh đi theo mình, khóa trái cửa thang máy và lui lại, kháng cự lại James, miệng luôn nói ” NO! NO! NO!” cho đến lúc chết. James điên cuồng phá cửa.

Ban đầu, tôi nghĩ anh hận Vesper vì anh nghĩ cô phản bội. Nhưng đến lúc này, đến lúc biết chắc cô đã chết, đến lúc anh nhìn quanh bể nước mênh mông, tòa kiến trúc sụp đổ với đôi mắt xanh buồn vô hạn, trống trải và tan vỡ thì tôi nói, hận thù cũng như tình yêu đầu tiên của anh đã chết cùng Vesper rồi. Cái còn lại là đau thương, là mất mát, là một câu hỏi đên lúc chết anh cũng không tìm được lời giải. Vesper đã mang lời giải thích đáng lẽ cô phải nói với James đi cùng mình.

Tôi không thích cách người ta gọi Vesper là cô nàng phản bội hay cái gì đại loại thế bời nó ngu si, ấu trĩ và độc ác lắm. Tra từ điển nghĩa từ phản bội đi rồi so với những gì Vesper làm rồi hẵng nói.Cô phản bội James???? Không có! Cô ấy chỉ nói dối James, chỉ giấu anh mục đích tiếp cận ban đầu mà thôi. Suốt hơn 2 tiếng đồng hồ, tất cả những hành động, lời nói, ánh mắt của cô không có một gam giả dối. Cái trung thực nhất chính là tình cảm của cô. Cô thực sự yêu James. Cái cô phản bội là tình yêu cũ kia mà. Cô hy sinh nó và mạng sống vì James. Cô không dùng tiền để cứu người yêu. Cô dùng nó để cứu James. Ai hận cô ấy được đây???. Sự quyết định ấy phải đi ra từ một người phụ nữ thực sự mạnh mẽ và yêu đến mức bất chấp mọi giá để giữ cho người mình yêu sống.
” Em không con đeo sợi dây chuyền đó nữa!”
” Đã đủ lâu để quên một người!”
Cô ấy đã hoàn toàn thuộc về James.

Tôi là người ích kỷ. Vesper đã thuộc về Bond tất cả: Thể xác, linh hồn và tình yêu nên tôi cũng mong Bond dành cho cô ây tất cả những gì thuộc về anh. Vị trí của Vesper trong tim Bond đừng là vị trí không thể xóa nhòa, hãy là vị trí không thể thay thế được.

Đang lúc hứng viết về James Bond thì thôi thừa thắng xông lên ôn lại kỉ niệm xưa luôn. Skyfall còn chưa đầy 1 tháng nữa là công chiếu, cũng là lần cuối Daniel Craig làm 007. Tự dưng thấy buồn buồn. Từ nay sẽ ko còn Bond của anh để xem nữa. Daniel ko phải là dv mình đặc biệt quan tâm yêu thix. Ngoài 007 ra, mình ko có hứng thú với cái phim khác của anh (dù là có xem kha khá). Nhưng chính Daniel đã khiến dòng phim điệp viên cổ xưa này hồi sinh và ăn khách trở lại khi nó đã dần trở nên nhàm chán và đi vào lối mòn. Sau Daniel có thêm bao nhiêu phim và diễn viên thủ vai Bond nữa thì mình ko biết, nhưng mình chắc rằng, anh sẽ luôn được nhớ tới như là chàng dv tóc vàng người Mỹ đóng James Bond đột phá và ấn tượng nhất của thập niên này.

Sự thật thì trong 3 phần Bond anh đóng, phần duy nhất mình thix là Casino Royale. Quantum of Solace đáng buồn mà nói là một cái bóng mờ nhạt.. Skyfall tuy chưa chưa xem nhưng mình dám chắc rằng dù nó có hay đến đâu đi nữa cũng ko thể thắng nổi vị trí của CR trong lòng mình. Nó là một trong những bộ phim yêu thix nhất của mình và là No.1 Bond film, đã và sẽ luôn luôn là như thế.

Điều đặc biệt của chàng 007 là sẽ ko bao giờ già đi và có thể được hồi sinh bất kể bao nhiêu lần tuỳ theo trí tưởng tượng của các nhà biên kịch. Nhưng để refresh định nghĩa phim Bond, lái nó thoát khỏi cái bóng của loại phim điệp viên chuyên xài gadgets xịn và thix phiêu lưu tình ái với các chân dài trong suốt 4 thập kỉ qua lại là chuyện khác. Làm thế nào để thay da đổi thịt cho Bond mà ko làm mất đi chất “Bond”?

Hẳn việc đầu tiên là phải có được 1 kịch bản thật xịn. Mình ko biết ai là người nảy ra ý tưởng reboot series Bond lại từ đầu nhưng mình rất muốn cảm ơn người đó. Một Bond thạo nghề lẫn nghệ thì ai cũng biết rồi. Thế còn một Bond mới chập chững bước vào sự nghiệp điệp viên thì sao? Câu hỏi đó mở ra một khía cạnh khai thác hoàn toàn mới về nhân vật điệp viên già cỗi này. Với định hướng đó, Casino Royale, cuồn tiểu thuyết đầu tiên của Ian Fleming được chọn phóng tác. Vấn để chính còn lại chỉ là diễn viên.

Ai có thể thix hợp là một James Bond của thế kỉ 21? Nhiều cái tên được dự đoán, nhưng bất ngờ thay, người được chọn mặt gửi vàng lại là Daniel, một diễn viên hạng trung người Mỹ, tóc vàng mắt xanh. Nội cái chuyện ngoại hình và quốc tịch thôi Daniel đã ăn phải hàng tấn gạch đá từ dư luận. Đặc biệt giới hâm mộ Bond series sẽ không đời nào chấp nhận để James Bond của họ bị Mỹ hoá. Lại một quyết định hết sức táo bạo và nguy hiểm từ phía nhà sản xuất. Nguy hiểm, nhưng sáng suốt.

Bất chấp áp lực dư luận nặng nề, Casino Royale ngay từ buổi công chiếu đã gây sửng sốt cho giới phê bình. Thậm chí nó cuốn sạch mọi định kiến trước đó của công luận đối với Daniel. Casino Royale tạo nên cơn sốt Bond mắt xanh khắp thế giới. Màn mở đầu ngoạn mục với hơn 40 triệu tiền vé vào trung tuần tháng 11 năm 2006. Tổng cộng doanh thu của Casino Royale đạt xấp xỉ gần 600 triệu Mỹ kim. Vậy là nhờ những quyết định táo bạo của mình, hãng MGM thu lời gấp 4 từ số vốn đầu tư ban đầu 150 triệu đô la và Daniel Craig, từ anh chàng vô danh không ai nhớ mặt nghiễm nhiên trở thành siêu sao nhất nhì Hollywood.

Đương nhiên tất cả thông tin trên mãi sau này mình mới tìm hiểu đây thôi. 6 năm trước đây chẳng buồn mà tra cứu xem tại sao người ta lại la ó phản đối Daniel. Chà, mà nếu ko có vụ ầm ĩ đó, chắc mình cũng ko đã ko đi xem Casino Royale (cũng chả nhớ là xem ở rạp nào nữa). Uh` thì ko phải do quan tâm chuyện scandal, nhưng 007 lúc nào cũng là đề tài điện ảnh nóng hổi mà. Đã ra rạp thì xem thôi.

Mình ko nhớ trước đó mình đã từng xem một Bond movie nào chưa. Có lẽ là rồi, có lẽ là phim của Brosnan. Nhưng có lẽ là ấn tượng nhạt nhoà lắm chứ ko như d/v CR. Một bộ phim khiến mình phải nín thở theo cả nghĩa đen lẫn bóng. Có lẽ d/v 1 cô bé 14 tuổi thì dễ bị ấn tượng thôi, nhưng sau đó mình đã xem lại rất nhiều lần trên TV, trên đĩa và bây giờ là online. Hiểu thêm nhiều chi tiết của phim hơn nhưng cảm xúc thì không hề thay đổi.

Đầu tiên phải nói đây là phim có phần mở đầu ấn tượng nhất mình từng xem. Khung cảnh mùa đông ở Prague vốn ảm đảm, lạnh lẽo, lại còn là những thước phim trắng đen. Nó gợi nhớ cho mình những bộ phim điệp viên kiểu cũ, nhưng theo một hướng rất hiện đại. Lời thoại sắc sảo, ngầu đúng chất điệp viên. Bond đột nhập vào văn phòng làm việc của một tviên chức tham nhũng của MI6, xen lẫn là những đoạn hồi tưởng anh ta vật lộn với tên giao liên. Cảnh tĩnh và động xen lẫn tạo sự dồn dập và kịch tính tức thì. Sự điềm tĩnh và lạnh lùng trong cách đối đáp cũng như vô hiệu hoá đối tượng của Bond cộng với màu phim đen trắng rạch ròi giúp nổi bật tính cách của chàng điệp viên trẻ. Nói một cách ngắn gọn và dễ hiểu: he’s very good at what he’s doing.

Cảnh hành động mở màn của Casino Royale vô cùng ấn tượng. Khán giả lập tức được giới thiệu hình ảnh 1 Daniel Craig trong vai James Bond như 1 sát thủ nhà nghề chính hiệu, vô cùng lạnh lùng nhưng ko kém phần quyền rũ.

Cảnh mở màn kết thúc với 2 cái chết, đúng như lời Bond đã báo trước, là 2 sinh mạng đầu tiên anh giết để chính thức trở thành điệp viên 007. End for the credit scene (và cũng phải nói thêm, đó là phần credit scene hay nhất trong 22 phim Bond mình từng xem [vâng, mình xem đủ 22 phim rồi], cả về âm nhạc lẫn hiệu ứng, sẽ nói thêm về phần này sau).

Chính vì giỏi nên Bond cũng rất cao ngạo và liều lĩnh (arrogant and reckless). Một đặc điểm khác giúp phân biệt 1 Bond lão luyện với anh Bond trẻ trâu mới được lên lon double-0. Màn truy đuổi tên chế bom rồi xới tung cả cái đại sứ quán Nambutu là một ví dụ điển hình (nhân tiện, one of the best chasing scenes in 2006). Bond lẽ ra đã có thể tránh khỏi màn ồn ào ở đại sứ quán, nhưng anh lại quyết định giết luôn tên chế bom để “bớt đi một tên tội phạm” cho thế giới. Cảm tính lắm, nhưng bộc lộ bản chất yêu thiện ghét ác rất rõ của Bond. Và điều đó khiến Bond trở nên người hơn. Khán giả giờ đây có thể hiểu được thứ logic nào đang vận hành trong cái đầu lạnh kia, điều mà mình hiếm khi cảm nhận được ở các Bond tiền nhiệm.

Thông minh, nhạy bén, quyết đoán và lăn xả. Có lẽ nhờ những phẩm chất đó mà M đã quyết định thăng hạng cho Bond. Rốt cuộc bà biết chỉ cần được định hướng và kích thích đúng mức, Bond có cách làm việc hiệu quả hơn ai hết (vâng, mình hết sức nể cách quản lý nhân sự vừa buông vừa nắn này của M, quả ko hổ danh sếp sòng MI6). Quở Bond xa xả đấy, nhưng bà luôn ngầm chống lưng cho Bond trên từng bước hành động của anh. Bà biết anh đột nhập vào laptop của bà tìm dữ liệu và bà bảo anh đi nghỉ mát đi (đúng là vẽ đường cho hươu chạy). Đương nhiên, đây chỉ là 1 chuyến nghỉ mát trá hình. Bond vẫn trên đường làm nhiệm vụ. Nếu M muốn kiềm chế hay ngăn cản Bond, bà đã thay password của mình từ lâu rồi (thế mà khi các anh lính trẻ bảo, bà ngây thơ hỏi “làm quái gì mà anh ta biết được pass của tôi nhỉ?” ;]] ). Sếp thế mới đáng mặt sếp chứ. Judi Dench vẫn chất lừ lừ ra đấy. Best boss ever. Mình thix bà còn hơn của Metryl Streep cơ đấy.

3 ngày nay mình xem đi xem lại Casino Royale rất nhiều lần. Trừ lần đầu tiên coi toàn bộ ra, còn lại soi kĩ các đoạn hay nhất của nó và lên được 1 lốc các điểm đáng chú ý của phim.

Như trong bài trước mình đã nhận xét, CR được xem như 1 prequel reboot lại toàn bộ Bond series. Nó cho ta 1 hình tượng James Bond mới, hiện đại hơn và thực tế hơn. Điều này ko có nghĩa là Bond của Craig sát với nguyên tác của Ian Fleming (ngược lại là khác). Kì thực sau hơn 50 năm, chẳng còn ai thix chuyện Bond điện ảnh phải thật chính xác với Bond tiểu thuyết. Chuyện này là ko thực và cũng ko khả thi. Bởi yếu tố tiên quyết để giúp Bond series tồn tại với thời gian là nv Bond phải luôn thích nghi và đổi mới với thời đại. Bond của Craig trong CR ko chú trọng đóng khung trong những tiểu tiết lặt vặt như “Martini stirred not shaked”, tán gái ào ào hay xài đồ chơi hiện đại. Đổi lại, nhân vật được khắc hoạ với nhiều nét tính cách mới, giúp làm nổi rõ tâm lý nhân vật hơn. Tất cả đều được lồng ghép trong những đoạn hội thoại thông minh, sắc sảo.

Một trong những đoạn đối thoại mình khá thix của CR là lần đầu James và Vesper gặp nhau trên chuyến tàu di Montenegro. 2 anh chị mới gặp mà đã bốp nhau chan chát.

“I’m the money.” – “Every penny of it.”

Sau màn chào hỏi “I’m the money”, chàng thì tuôn 1 tràng bình phẩm về xuất thân và tính cách của nàng. Nàng cũng ko vừa, đốp lại ngay bằng chiêu gậy ông đập lưng ông. Thật là vỏ quýt dày có móng tay nhọn. Vesper rõ ràng được tạo 1 vị trí khá cân xứng với James về phương diện chiều sâu nhân vật, chứ ko dừng lại ở loại Bond girl bình hoa di động, chân yếu tay mềm thừa thãi. Chào mừng tới kỉ nguyên bình đẳng nam nữ!

Trở lại với Vesper sau. Giờ nói tiếp chuyện theo suy luận của Vesper, ta hình dung dc 1 cách ngắn gọn về tiểu sử của Bond, điều mà hầu như chưa bao giờ được nhắc tới trong các phim Bond trước. Đây cũng là 1 cách để tạo độ “thực” cho nv khi để người xem biết rằng James Bond thì cũng là 1 con người có quá khứ như bất kì một ai và anh đã trải qua 1 sự tôi luyện gian khổ để trở thành một điệp viên như ngày hôm nay. Và nv càng hiện thực thì người xem càng dễ kết nối với cảm xúc của nhân vật và tạo được mạch cảm xúc khi xem phim. Cá nhân mình, khi xem các phim trước, hay thì cũng hay đấy, nhưng thấy Bond ảo và máy móc lắm. Mãi tới Casino Royale mới cảm nhận được chất con người trong James Bond. Đây cũng là lý do khiến mình yêu thix Bond của Daniel Craig vô cùng.

Nhưng gượm đã, Bond thuộc dòng phim hành động cơ mà. Cái ấy mà dở thì hỏng bét cả phim chứ chả chơi. Về khoản này thì CR lại 1 lần nữa ăn trọn con điểm 10 của mình. CR có thể nói là bộ phim có thời lượng dài nhất trong loạt Bond series: hơn 140 phút. Nhiều người phàn nàn thế là dài quá. Bản thân mình thì thấy như thế mới đủ để phát triển nội dung 1 cách mạch lạc và chi tiết. Đồng thời, tuy là dài hơn 2 tiếng, nhưng mạch phim phát triển nhanh, gãy gọn nên ko để khán giả kịp thấy nhàm chán. Mình đếm sơ sơ cả phim có 5 phân cảnh hành động chính: cảnh truy đuổi ở Madagascar, cảnh rượt đuổi và vật lộn với tên đánh bom ở sân bay, cảnh đánh nhau với tay chủ nợ của Le Chiffe tại cầu thang bộ tại Sòng Bạc Hoàng Gia và đoạn chiến đấu cuối cùng trong toà nhà ở Venice. Đó là chưa tính những màn đánh đấm lẻ tẻ và đoạn cao trào Le Chiffre tra tần Bond. Xen kẽ đấu sức là những màn đấu trí vô cùng căng thẳng tại bàn poker hay đoạn James bị tra tấn cũng vô cùng kịch tính. Cho nên mình nói, 2 tiếng 20’ cho từng ấy diễn tiến và hành động là đủ chứ ko quá nhiều. Xem Casino Royale xong ko hề thấy ngán hoặc cảm giác chưa mãn nhãn. Hiếm khi mình được xem 1 phim mà cảm thấy đầy đủ về mặt cảm giác lẫn thị giác như thế.

Xem CR thì phải xem HD, nét căng như Sony mới gọi là thix. Hôm trước down bản Bluray 720p về xem phải nói là sướng còn hơn 3D. Điểm nữa khiến mình chết mê chết mệt, xem hoài ko chán ở CR là phần ngoại cảnh và phục trang quá ư là đẹp. CR chọn bối cảnh đa số ở những địa điểm vô cùng sang trọng và đẹp mắt như bãi biển ở resort Blue Ocean tại Madagascar, khách sạn Casino Royale ở Montenegro, khu biệt thự nghỉ dưỡng Balbianello ở phía bắc nước Ý và cảnh trí tại thành phố Venice thơ mộng. Toàn bộ tạo cho CR 1 ko gian thượng lưu và quý phái.

Đương nhiên, xuất hiện trong bối cảnh đó cũng phải là những bộ cánh thời trang sang trọng bậc nhất. 3 bộ váy dạ hội do Solange và Vesper mặc trong phim làm cho cánh phụ nữ phát run phát rét vì thèm thuồng. Mình đặc biệt thix chiếc váy dạ hội màu mận tím của Vesper mặc. Eva Green trong cái váy đó thì tới con gái như mình còn mê mẩn nữa huống chi là mấy anh mày râu (chết cười cái bản mặt ngơ ngẩn của Bond khi thấy Vesper bước vào. Kế hoạch là để bọn đàn ông ở bàn poker say sưa ngắm Ves mà mất tập trung, ai dè cuối cùng chính James cũng dính tròng =)) ). Còn mấy bộ tuxedo của Bond thì chỉ có thể gọi là “hoàn mỹ”. Daniel thấp nhưng nở nang, mặc vest đúng là chuẩn. Nhân tiện có ai ở đây ngất ở màn cởi sơ-mi khoe ngực trần của Craig ko? Ở đây có 1 đứa đây này :]]

Bond girl duy nhất dám dạy đời 007

Một điều nữa cũng quan trọng không kém. Âm nhạc. Mình thix, phải nói là vô cùng thix, bản nhạc chủ đề của phim là bài You Know My Name của Chris Cornell. Chất rock đậm đà bi tráng cùng giọng nam khàn, khoẻ khoắn của Chris rất phù hợp với nhịp độ và ko khí của bộ phim. Riêng phần lời nhạc thì lột tả được chân dung James Bond của Craig. Trong bài viết trước về Bond theme, mình từng nói là bài nhạc hay nhất là phải phản ánh được cái hồn của bộ phim. You Know My Name là Bond Theme thoả được tiêu chí đó. Phần nhạc nền được phổ theo điệu của You Know My Name, cùng các phần nhạc viết riêng các pha hành động hoặc tình cảm đều giúp tăng độ kịch tính hoặc làm mềm mại đi từng thước phim 1 cách hoàn hảo. Một từ thôi. Excellent!

Khi ông trùm dầu lửa và quý ông Robert King bị giết hại bằng bom tại cơ quan đầu não của MI6, James Bond lại bắt đầu nhiệm vụ mới để bảo vệ con gái của ông và nữ tỉ phú Elektra. Tài sản to lớn của Elektras đã thu hút sự quan tâm rất nhiều từ phía dư luận. Và tất nhiên trong số đó có cả tên đã giết bố cô, Renard. Một viên đạn gài trong não Renard chính là lý do khiến hắn không biết đến cảm giác đau đớn, và hắn quyết tâm sống sót để trả thù. Cùng với sự giúp đỡ của nhà nghiên cứu khoa học Christmas Jones, Bond đã tìm cách phá huỷ âm mưu chế tạo hạt nhân đen tối. Thế giới không đủ cho những âm mưu, cũng không đủ cho những kẻ huỷ diệt, mà chỉ đủ cho một người anh hùng: 007.
