Sau gần một năm đàm phán với Delphine Productions – Công ty đại diện của Richard Clayderman, Phương Nam phim đã ký kết được hợp đồng khai thác độc quyền danh mục chương trình của Richard Clayderman, đồng thời Delphine Productions ủy quyền cho Phương Nam phim theo dõi, phát hiện việc khai thác bất hợp pháp các bản ghi (ghi âm, ghi hình) của Richard Clayderman tại Việt Nam.

Lâu nay, tên tuổi và các sản phẩm âm nhạc của Richard Clayderman - nghệ sĩ trình diễn piano hàng đầu thế giới, đã trở nên rất quen thuộc với công chúng Việt Nam. Tuy nhiên, người yêu nhạc chỉ có thể được tiếp cận với những sản phẩm lậu hoặc các bản ghi âm được lưu hành nhưng không có bản quyền.

Với nỗ lực này của Phương Nam phim, người yêu thích Richard Clayderman sẽ có được những sản phẩm của ông với chất lượng cao và hình thức đẹp nhất tại Việt Nam.Trong đợt phát hành đầu tiên, Phương Nam phim chọn giới thiệu 2 tuyển tập CD của Richard Clayderman: The Essential Richard Clayderman (gồm 4 CD) và The Millenium Collection (gồm 6 CD).
