NOTES:
Not sure what happened here but ITA is far superior than US with really nice and crisp grain. I took studio intro logos and end credits from US because they had Italian text in ITA UHD, and I needed to do that anyway in order to sync video to the US Atmos track.
Another big plus of ITA is that it lacks the hardcoded subs US has for Italian spoken parts, but unfortunately it doesn't lack the hardcoded subs for Russian spoken parts. I was forced to take those scenes from ESP with the compromise that the 2 video streams forced me to cut out ~40 seconds more out of ITA than I needed to just because cutting points were hard to find.
There was no other way, but ESP has very close PQ to ITA.

ITA had 24fps but I was unable to slow the video down with eac3to. When converting to raw H.265, it somehow messes up the track's header and it's no longer recognized by MKVmerge. It's also not playable. So I was forced to do the slowdown in MKVmerge.

I've OCR'd English sub, removed annoying SDH parts, merged a lot of lines that had no business being split and fixed most of the short timings. I also added the missing lines which were initially hardcoded, for a complete English sub. OCR'd English sub only for foreign spoken parts has also been added as forced.
Runtime is identical to US UHD so any subs synced to it will perfectly sync to this UHD remux.

Additional Blu-Ray RETAiL PGS subs (French, French [Quebec], Spanish [Latin American], Spanish [Castilian], Portuguese, German, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish, Czech, Russian, Italian, Hungarian, Polish, Chinese [Mandarin Traditional]) here, all tonemapped to 60% white.
