Encode is ~75% of the original video stream, many tests were done to ensure the best possible encode with the bitrate I wanted to use, any more would have been pointless as the encode only looked completely transparent at around 26000 Kbps, any less than 21000 Kbps and the quality started to noticeably deteriorate.
