Thông tin về 2 đĩa PHP: Disc 1:A lot of work went into restoring the original uncut theatrical version. The entire film is presented in genuine HD but the transfer has been cleaned up with a little help from Digital Vision Phoenix and The Pixel Farm's PFClean.More fundamentally, I wanted to fully restore the original Chinese opening credits. The problem was that the only HD version of this film has the altered Miramax titles, including the god-awful "Legend of Drunken Master" changed title. There were so many advanced techniques that went into restoring the original titles and making it look seemless that it would be futile to list them all here. Needless to say, it required my careful restoration of many different versions of the film and meticulous combining of different elements together then finally touching up with our restoraton software. The results speak for themselves.Similarly, I had to restore the ending "blind boxing" scene that was cut from almost every version of the film. Similar to the opening credits, careful restoration, upscaling and editing was required to combine multiple versions into a final result that blends seemlessly with the rest of the film. But it works and it looks spectacular. Check out the video below for a demonstration. Our release includes the three versions of Drunken Master 2 that have been released. The Hong Kong version:The original, uncut version that contains Chinese credits during the opening scenes and the blind boxing scene at the end.The US Theatrical version:The Miramax version that includes altered titles at the beginning and excises the "blind boxind" scene at the end.The Japanese version:The shortest version includes the original Chinese credits during the opening scenes but fades right into the credits after the final fight is over.Audio Tracks:All of the following audio tracks can be played on any of the three versions listed above:1. New Cantonese 2.0 LPCM2. Original Cantonese 2.0 LPCM3. Cantonese Surround Remix 5.1 Dolby4. Mandarin 2.0 LPCM5. English Dub 5.1 DTS-HD6. Original English Dub 2.0 LPCM7.
