Junior không nỡ sa thải Tulip, quyết định thuyên chuyển cô gái đến bộ phận phân loại thư tay. Tuy nhiên, cậu không ngờ rằng mình lại bị lôi vào hàng loạt rắc rối mới, khi Tulip nhận được lá thư yêu cầu giao em bé và vô tình tái kích hoạt xưởng chế tạo em bé. Nội dung chính của Storks thực chất là chuyến hành trình của Junior và Tulip, với mục tiêu đưa em bé về với gia đình nhà Nate Gardner mà không để ai phát hiện ra.
