Whats the difference between WEB-DL/WebRip and HDTV?

They always seem to come up when I'm downloading episodes of a TV show.

 

I usually download films in these resolutions. They are often the same because there are so minor differences that our eyes cannot differentiate. The only difference is how they cost your HDD storage, for example: 2 GB or 3,5GB...
